Last week’s Mobile World Congress show was an overwhelming success for GENBAND.  Not only did we unveil our GENBAND Mobile Life, GENiUS IMS and New P-Series P320 Traffic and Policy Management solutions, we also announced two great customer wins with Orange Business Services – Trading Solutions selecting our S3 Intelligent Session Border Controller and   BT selecting our combined IPX solution .

In addition to showcasing our capabilities in the Mobile arena we held some great meetings with existing customers and prospects from all over the world.  Both the theme of the show and the overwhelming interests of operators we talked to could be summed up in a single word: SIMPLIFICATION.  Operators are looking to simplify their networks and end-user experience. Accordingly, our new GENBAND Mobile Life solution and how it simplifies consumers’ lives by allowing them to manage a range of communications capabilities in one feature-rich and easy-to-use application, attracted significant operator attention.

Also attracting attention was our GENiUS IMS solution, which simplifies Network Transformation by enabling rapid introduction of revenue-generating multimedia services in both integrated and distributed IMS environments.  Similarly, our new P Series P320 Traffic and Policy Management makes it simpler for operators to deliver a premium customer experience by allowing the end-user to create tailored packages that best meet their individual needs with predictable billing.

Media and analysts attending the show also showed significant interest in GENBAND’s products and solutions.  Check out some of the latest media coverage that we’ve received as a result of our activities at the show.  Once again Mobile World Congress proved to be the premier event in our industry and we were glad to take part and share our capabilities with some of the leading operators in the world.
