  • Nuvia Cloud UC – GENBAND’s white-label UCaaS solution. Nuvia’s core is driven by GENBAND’s Application Server so it delivers the same set of sophisticated UC services as an in-network deployment without investing in hardware, software or dedicated operations staff.
  • Unified Communication Clients – GENBAND’s Smart Office and GENCom clients are feature rich including video conferencing and screen share. Smart Office clients offer innovative Omni Technology that makes them less expensive to deploy and manage.
  • Unified Messaging – unified messaging platforms that provide traditional voicemail, as well as unified messaging with e-mail integration, voicemail-to-text, video mail and mobile client apps.  Fax messaging, and automated attendant services are also included.
  • SPiDR WebRTC Gateway – provides a bridge between SIP-based VoIP networks and the open ecosystem of web applications. GENBAND provides the SPiDR platform as well as a number of market-ready applications that leverage SPiDR’s WebRTC-based federation services.
