Course 0293A provides the skills required to perform translations activities on the C15 system, including: modifying data for intra-office calls (TDM and SIP); inter-office outgoing calls including equal access (ISUP and SIP); inter-office incoming calls (ISUP and SIP); inter-office tandem calls including equal access (ISUP and SIP); as well as configuring CLASS and AIN/LNP. This course includes lecture and hands-on activities in a classroom context. The hands-on activities include configuring VoIP phones and making test calls to verify/prove the changes that are made in translations.
Course 0299A provides instruction on how to implement Centrex features in the C15.
Course content will include both configuring the C15 for TDM lines and VoIP lines, as well as setting up telephones. This course includes lecture and hands-on activities. The G615 Universal Gateway - Operations, Administration and Maintenance course provides the skills required to perform operational, maintenance, and provisioning tasks on the G6, either via the command line interface (CLI) or GenView. This course also provides the skills required to administer and troubleshoot the G6.
