Sean Huurman
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Sean Huurman is responsible for GENBAND’s global workforce. Mr. Huurman brings over 20 years of extensive business experience in several industries coupled with functional and strategic Human Resources expertise focused on talent management, total rewards and organizational development. Prior to GENBAND, Mr. Huurman was most recently Vice President of Human Resources and served on the leadership team of BearingPoint, Inc., a publicly-traded management consulting firm spin-off of KPMG. Huurman started his career at Applied Materials, Inc. where he held a variety of human resource positions during his tenure. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations at Pennsylvania State University.
