Mark Lancaster is a CPA and a retired Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP. During his 41 years with Deloitte, Mark served as audit partner and business advisor to a wide-range of public and private companies. Many of these were entrepreneurial, middle-market companies in the technology, manufacturing and consumer business industries. He also advised senior management and audit committees regarding the emerging best practices in corporate governance and internal control assessments under Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for public companies. He served in the Dallas and Memphis offices as well as the National Office, Accounting and Auditing Services Group, of Deloitte. He graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University with a BBA.
