GENBAND strives to educate its service providers, system integrators, and end users with detailed hands-on, leader-led training providing the skills necessary to install, administer and provision the network elements within various GENBAND products and solutions.

Training Options
The majority of courses are taught at the GENBAND Training Center located in Plano, Texas. GENBAND also offers a variety of other customized training solutions to meet the needs of its students, including e-Learning, on-the-job training, web sessions, and special training events.

Training News!!
Effective immediately, you no longer need to register for a CBT (Computer Based Training Course)!!  When you enroll in the G215 Compact Gateway Operations, Administration & Maintenance course, the G615 Universal Media Gateway Operations, Administration & Maintenance course, the G915 Media Gateway Operation, Administration & Maintenance and the S330 SBC & GenView RSM Fundamentals course, you will automatically be enrolled in the associated CBT available.
