How to Register for Courses

If you have any questions regarding our course offerings, please call 866-GENBAND and ask for Training.

Note: Please review course curriculum and prerequisites before registering for any course. Registration must be received at least fifteen(15) business days prior to the course start date. Seats in any course are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. GENBAND's receipt of the Course Registration from does not constitute a reservation. For individual registrations, an enrollment confirmation email will be sent within two weeks of registering for the course.

Course Cancellation Policy
By Customer:
Registrations must be cancelled at least 10 calendar days before the course start date. The customer will have two options: Select another date to enroll for the same course, or enroll a replacement person.
By GENBAND:
GENBAND reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. GENBAND will verbally attempt to notify all registrants in advance, usually no later than 15 working days before the scheduled course. GENBAND is not responsible for a registrants travel expenses or any damages arising from cancellation of a course.
Course No Show Policy:
Customer that has registered for a course and does not show up or call to cancel the course at least 10 calendar days before the course start date will be charged to the purchase order as if he attended the course.
